Partnering with Illawarra YES to further help our players with suitable employment.

The Illawarra YES program covers the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands.

The IllawarraYES program focuses on building entry level employment pathways for young people, comprised of vocational training, employability skills and work experience as well as on-the-job mentoring and support. The YES program works with local employers, youth organisations, government, and Registered Training Organisations to meet business needs and skill shortages while providing real work opportunities for young people.

The YES program works with school leavers who have signed out of school and aged under 25 years of age. Programs are driven by industry needs with the end outcome for individuals to be linked with sustainable employment through full time employment in an apprenticeships or traineeship.

Programs are funded by Training Services NSW with accredited training being delivered by a Registered Training Provider.

Illawarra YES programs currently being developed or offered include Business, Outdoor Rec and Leadership, Transport and Logistics, Hospitality, Individual Support, Engineering, Cyber Security, Construction and Children Services.
